Refund Policy

When booking a ride on Ride-Georgia, a 20% flat deposit is charged via Bank of Georgia (BOG) iPay to secure the independent driver. Please review our refund terms below.

1. Passenger Cancellations

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a Full Refund of your 20% deposit.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, the 20% deposit is Non-Refundable. It will be passed on to the driver to compensate for lost time and opportunity.

2. Driver Cancellations or No-Shows

If your assigned driver fails to show up, or cancels the ride and our dispatch team cannot find an adequate replacement in time, your 20% deposit will be refunded in full.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Bank of Georgia. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
