Refund Policy

When booking a ride on GETU.GE via online payment, you pay the full trip price upfront. Please review our refund terms below.

1. Passenger Cancellations

  • More than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a Full Refund (100%) of the total amount.
  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, 20% of the total price is Non-Refundable (to compensate the driver for lost opportunity), and the remaining 80% will be refunded.

2. Driver Cancellations or No-Shows

If your assigned driver fails to show up, or cancels the ride and our dispatch team cannot find an adequate replacement in time, your payment will be refunded in full (100%).

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via TBC Bank. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
