Driver Agreement

1. Platform Relationship
The Driver operates as an independent contractor, not an employee of Ride-Georgia. Ride-Georgia provides access to its IT platform to connect Drivers with users. Ride-Georgia does not control the Driver's schedule or methods.
2. Platform Service Fee
For each completed service transaction, Ride-Georgia is entitled to a 20% platform service fee of the total price for the IT matchmaking service.
3. Incashing Agent Obligation (Cash Trips)
The Driver confirms that, for cash payments, 20% of the fare belongs to Ride-Georgia. The Driver acts as Incashing Agent of Ride-Georgia when receiving this amount from the passenger.
The Driver's pre-funded deposit balance is used for automatic settlement of the platform's portion of passenger cash payments.

4. Deposit Balance Requirements
The Driver must maintain a minimum deposit of 100 GEL to remain Active. Below 20 GEL, the Driver is suspended until the balance is replenished. Deposits are non-refundable.
5. Tax & Invoicing
All transactions carry 0% VAT — classified as IT services for non-residents. Ride-Georgia is a Virtual Zone IT Person (§24⁵). Drivers declare their own transport income separately.
6. Operator Adjustments
Operators may adjust balances for cancellations, errors, discounts, or penalties. All adjustments are logged and visible in the Driver's dashboard.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Georgian law. Disputes resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
